For programed walks,

- For individuals, no deposit is requested, the payment is requested on the day of the walk.

- From 5 persons, you will be asked a 50% deposit on booking, by e-mail credit card imprint*. The deposit will not be cashed, the full payment is requested on the day of the walk by cash.

For private walks,

You will be asked a 50% deposit on booking, by e-mail credit card imprint*.
The deposit will not be cashed, the full payment is requested on the day of the walk by cash.

* In case of cancellation, the deposit will be cashed, except  in cases of acts of god:

- cancellation on our part : bad weather conditions (the guide will not take any risk concerning bad weather).

- cancellation on your part : medical reason, upon proof and only for the person concerned (or with an adult if it concerns a child).
